Come in and pay or click on the link to the left.

We are asking for 50% upfront on pre-orders with pricing as follows:

Jerseys        $70

Bibs             $85

W. Shorts    $90

Yes I will be wearing “womens” shorts, so guys if you’re afraid of telling your homeboys that you’re wearing ladypants, either suck it up or order the even sillier mens bibs. Know that we opted for the nicest chamois that Garneau offers so we’re keeping you as comfortably uncomfortable as possible! Click here for sizing info.

If you miss the pre-order the prices will be:

Jerseys           $80

Bibs               $100

Ladypants    $100

Meet at Tietze Park this Saturday to bike or to volunteer to hangout and check in riders at one of the many stops on this “scavenger hunt.” Bring the $8 entry fee and a bag, too. Word on the street is that Arezow Doost will be riding this year! DOOM will be doling out prizes at the end of the race. Last year’s ride was a blast. This one promises to be the same. RSVP HERE.

Last night our very good friend Shannah Frank from f. is for frank stopped by the shop to show off this custom head badge sample she made exclusively for us. They’ll be offered in pewter (shown) or plated gold, brass, or copper. Let us know if you’d like one for your current ride or to be added on a new build-up. Pricing varies. Thanks, Shoshi. We love it!

You know the drill by now. Show up and try your luck at winning some cash and prizes. Worst case you’ll at least get a beverage or two out of it, so pony up and enter!

If you notice fewer people walking around looking for topsoil scented candles and puff painted Hypercolor™ Underoos™ in Bishop Arts, we are sorry!

In case you haven’t heard we are relocating to 408 N. Bishop Ave. Suite 103 (the place with bikes inside) at the end of the month. If you couldn’t guess we need MORE SPACE.

We will miss our old shop and lovely neighbors and hope not to offend our new neighbors. Be forewarned that 10/16/2010 we will be celebrating our move in along with our new SK8-r friends. More info to come.

Saturday, September 18  |  10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  | $65  | 837 W. 7th Street (Tyler/7th)

Sure OCBC sells bike baskets and can special order even more styles not in stock, but it can’t sell you one that’s handmade from rattan reed, sea grass, and solid ash wood. New neighbors—and our super friends—at Oil and Cotton (follow them on Facebook) opened their French doors for business last Saturday and is hosting their first workshop this weekend—a bike basket–building class. You’ll learn to make one like the fine example pictured above—complete with leather straps and metal handle perfect for riding around and running errands. There’s limited-space available and you’ve gotta R.S.V.P. so don’t sleep on this cool class. Register here.

HOLY $#!@! They’re actually here! Now I can finally ride fast! Even these three characters look somewhat athletic in our kits.

Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered. Come down to our current shop, pick up your kits, and lets walk around Bishop Arts with our SPD sandals on.

We will be ordering more soon, but note that production takes about 10 weeks—so let us know if you would like to pre-order anything for the next run. We’ll also be getting kits with the O.C.B.C. “gangsta” logo on the next pressing.

We have been and will be slaving away at the new shop so we are going to take a night off and ride to this yahoo’s opening. He likes bikes and we like him along with We are 1976—so join us if you like any of that mess.

The plan is to leave from our new shop at 408 N Bishop in (duh) Bishop Arts on Friday, Sept 10 at 07:28:42 p.m. We’ll be stopping at Main Street Garden Park at 07:51:37 p.m. and away we go!

Ride Invite

* times are approximate, give or take 624 seconds*

I know it’s a little late but, thank you all for coming out and managing the heat! Even the curmudgeon that I am, I was happy to see you all. Let’s never speak of some of the things that may or may not have happened that night—at least for the sake of about ten people anyway.

Thanks Dylan Holt with Lonestar Goldsprints for graciously hosting the Goldsprints at no charge & SQ. FT. Realty for letting it take place at their property (which is for rent to any hippie or business).

Thank you to our Oak Cliff neighbor Lisa Martel from Couture Catering who provided the deliciousness, mmm… now I’m hungry. Contact her at lisa_martel@sbcglobal.net for your party needs.

Kenny and Nikki Cotten, thanks for always being there, bratty kids and all.

Thank you Ma Parsons for the not-chocolate-cake.

Congrats to Dina Light McNeely for winning the Swobo Sanchez in our bike raffle.

Love,

Tall & hansome Ean, sweet sweet Holly, and Jeremy.
